Description

776 Ridge Street was a farmhouse from around the turn of the century that had fallen into disrepair. After carefully considering whether it could be remodeled, we decided that for safety and cost reasons, it made the most sense to demolish the home. We built a two-toned butterfly roof modern home to add to this eclectic historic neighborhood. There was also a ton (actually, many literal tons) of rock on the site to move. We worked with our excavator to make rock walls lining the driveway and back yard path, as well as a heavy duty fire pit, so as to not truck them out. We also integrated a chicken coop into the shed and a added a super efficient dog door for feathered and furry friends.
