Although we originally planned on building a house for the open market here, an architect just moving to town with this family came on board early on to improve on our design ready for City permits. The collaboration led to an exciting three story structure with a two story entry atrium of glass, a unique roof line, and a special map of Charlottesville for people to locate the house along the Rivanna River or their own favorite hangout in town.
