In August we broke ground at 120 Riverbluff Circle (lot 21). This is the first time we have built in a new community, but it is still an urban infill lot, as there is a diversity of architects and builders in the development (and it is in the City). Now that the road has been paved and a lot of the landscaping has grown in, its looking really great over there.
In these photos you can see we installed ICF forms and had concrete pumped in for the crawl space. This is not a full basement, but because of the grade, it is 6′ high, so will be a great conditioned storage area, with insulated walls and a concrete floor. The next shots are of the roof trusses being installed with the crane operator. This is always kind of a fun part of the construction.
Windows and siding are already underway, so feel free to drive by and take a look. Or give us a call for a tour.
