About Tracy Meade: Real Estate III, Earthcraft Certified Realtor

About Ray Walsh: Walsh, with Virginia Home Performance, is a key player in the “green” sustainable movement in Virginia and nationally.  He is the leading BPI instructor for the State, and is nationally known for his work in this industry.  Mr. Walsh received his Master in Engineering from The George Washington University, and his Bachelors from Florida Atlantic University.  He holds credentials from a myriad of organizations including but not limited to BPI, RESNET, EPA, DOE, NEHA, (NEHH), USGBC, FBPE, NABCEP, AHIT, and more.  Mr. Walsh has been directly involved with hundreds of sustainable projects both new and retrofits.  He also holds the distinguished honor for certifying the first USGBC LEED-H home in Hampton Roads.  Mr. Walsh also hosts an Ask the Expert Building Science show where homeowners can call in and get their questions answered.
