Not sure how we missed the AIA VA Architectural Bike Tour 2011, but we hope to make it in 2012! Nice filming Ian.

We also should have notified you sooner of all the AIA Architecture Week events just passed. Again, next year keep your eyes/ears/computers on the lookout for opportunities to learn about architecture right here in Charlottesville. What a great town.

While on Ian’s vimeo site, we couldn’t help but notice his video promoting “Double the Wheels,” an effort to get bike riders to get their non-bike riding friends to try out biking. What a cool idea.

Then we realized, bam! Charlottesville Albemarle Bike Week! May 16-21! This is the season to pump up the tires, put a little grease on the chain, and strap on your helmet. More details (and great graphic design) is on their site, but here is a quick rundown of events:
