With lots of glass on the first floor looking out to an area recently planted with quick growing River Birches at the bottom of the hill and Little Gem Magnolias along the road way, this almost quarter acre lot in the City is just around the corner from Belmont Park, Wegmans grocery and Alamo Drafthouse Cinema at 5th Street Station, and close to I64 and Downtown Charlottesville.
