We are a home builder family (Jeff and Joey) who lives upstairs, with two teenage daughters. You will hear us some upstairs and we work out of an office in the backyard, but in general we are very easy house companions and very respectful of folks who live in the downstairs apartment. We love the neighborhood, it is super accessible to Downtown, UVA and West Main restaurants/shops.
