Apartment is fully furnished with linens, blankets, full kitchen of pots, dishes, appliances, cooking basics, first aid, laundry and cleaning supplies. You really just need your clothes and a laptop. We have had a few international tenants. Great for people working at the hospital.
We are a home builder family (Jeff and Joey) who lives upstairs, with two daughters (10 and 11). You will hear kids run around upstairs and in backyard and some piano (Weekdays 7-8am and 4-7pm), and we work out of an office in the backyard, but in general we are very easy house companions and very respectful of folks who live in the downstairs apartment. We love the neighborhood, it is super walkable to Downtown, UVA and West Main restaurants/shops.
