Apt A – Top Floor of Triplex available January 1, 2020
We built this triplex to complement the three rental units we have across the alley, as we wanted to create a small community where residents could know their neighbors and share resources, if not dinner. Three beautiful south facing light filled apartments that are almost identical layouts. Each apartment is set up with one larger bedroom with two big closets and an office with no closet. Fenced and landscaped backyard, community feel, one off-street parking space per unit and a place to park bikes right out the front door. Built-in shelving, stone counters, and distinct wood cladding from a house a house at 303 5th Street SW that we demolished. Hardwood white oak flooring, stainless appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, tiled tub/shower.
