This site is a very accessible flat lot and the homeowners asked us to design a house that could be enjoyed completely on the first floor, but with great light and a loft office for daily use. We designed a south facing double height living room that brings in the light and makes a smaller space feel large and inviting. With reclaimed interior  wood cladding from Mountain Lumber, the house is modern and yet still warm.
