Built on a corner lot with spectacular southern views of the mountains, this house focused on site orientation for passive solar design and views. With 12′ high ceilings on the first floor and window orientation away from neighbors, this house feels like a loft. Another kitchen meant for entertaining, we hope to attend a party at this one soon.
