This was the first house Latitude 38 built. Originally designed and built for Jeff as his own residence, the house has a number of fun nooks and crannies for reading a book or playing hide-and-seek. Many people think the house is an original Belmont house renovated, but it was actually built the help of many friends, particularly those that Jeff met through Habitat for Humanity. The kitchen is the center of the house and a great social spot, which has become a typical Latitude 38 focus.
